Continuous Improvement Methods and Practical Exploration in Food Industry Quality Management
As an important industry closely related to people's livelihood,the level of quality management in the food industry is directly related to people's physical health and life safety.From the perspective of quality management system,this article sorts out the requirements for continuous improvement in the advanced quality and food safety management system standards,and focuses on the practical cases of promoting continuous improvement of enterprise quality management level through measures such as improving quality management system,strengthening on-site management,and improving quality awareness in the quality management improvement action of small and micro enterprises,and summarizes several experience inspirations for continuous improvement of industry quality management.
