The Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch(TRIZ)has been introduced into jelly production enterprises from the engineering field,enabling people to break through fixed thinking patterns and analyze and solve jelly quality control issues from different perspectives.This article converts common quality control problem parameters in jelly production enterprises into engineering parameters of the TRIZ,establishes a conflict matrix for jelly quality control,and provides preliminary solutions.It aims to provide a reference for in-depth research on quality control in jelly production enterprises.
