摘要

以壶瓶碎米荠粉末为原料,以硒含量为指标,采用响应面法对微波辅助提取壶瓶碎米荠硒化合物进行工艺优化.结果表明:壶瓶碎米荠提取液的最佳提取工艺条件为微波提取 30 min后水浴浸提 3 h、料液比1∶25(g∶mL)、提取温度 50℃、乙醇浓度 60%,此条件下壶瓶碎米荠提取物中硒含量为 745.159 μg·g-1,提取率为 95.6%.

Abstract

The microwave-assisted extraction of selenium compounds from Cardamine hupingshanensis was optimized by response surface method with selenium content as index.The results showed that the best extraction conditions were microwave extraction for 30 min followed by water bath extraction for 3 h,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶25(g∶mL),extraction temperature of 50℃,and ethanol concentration of 60%.Under this condition,the content of selenium in the extract was 745.159 μg·g-1,and the extraction rate was 95.6%.
