稀酸快速浸提大米中镉方法的响应面优化研究

本研究采用稀酸提取法,通过单因素实验和响应曲面实验确定大米中镉的最佳提取条件,为大批量、高通量的大米中镉元素提取和检测提供技术支持,更好地保护人们的健康.结果表明,确定的最佳提取条件为采用 0.5%硝酸溶液以 4∶1 液料比对粒径小于 300 μm的大米粉提取 10 min.方法对比结果显示,该方法准确、可靠,与《食品安全国家标准 食品中多元素的测定》(GB 5009.268-2016)中的微波消解法相比在统计学上差异不显著,适用于大米中镉的快速提取和检测,能够为食品安全监测提供技术支持.
Response Surface Optimization Study of a Rapid Acid Extraction Method for Cadmium in Rice
In this study,dilute acid extraction method is used to determine the optimal extraction conditions of cadmium in rice through single factor experiment and response surface experiment,so as to provide technical support for the extraction and detection of cadmium in large quantities and high throughput rice,and better protect people's health.The results show that the optimal extraction condition is to use 0.5%nitric acid solution to extract rice flour with a ratio of 4∶1 liquid to material smaller than 300 μm for 10 min.The comparison results show that the method is accurate and reliable,and the difference is not statistically significant compared with the microwave digestion method in the GB 5009.268-2016,which is suitable for the rapid extraction and detection of cadmium in rice,and could provide technical support for food safety monitoring.
