Response Surface Optimization Study of a Rapid Acid Extraction Method for Cadmium in Rice
In this study, dilute acid extraction method is used to determine the optimal extraction conditions of cadmium in rice through single factor experiment and response surface experiment,so as to provide technical support for the extraction and detection of cadmium in large quantities and high throughput rice, and better protect people's health. The results show that the optimal extraction condition is to use 0.5%nitric acid solution to extract rice flour with a ratio of 4∶1 liquid to material smaller than 300 μm for 10 min.The comparison results show that the method is accurate and reliable, and the difference is not statistically significant compared with the microwave digestion method in the GB 5009.268-2016,which is suitable for the rapid extraction and detection of cadmium in rice, and could provide technical support for food safety monitoring.
