The enhancement of new quality productivity and transformation of catering industry are the new driving forces to promote the high-quality development of catering industry.Based on the needs of the development status of the catering industry,combined with the transformation and upgrading of the high-quality development of the catering industry,this paper makes an overall reflection on the development of new quality productivity of the catering industry.By analyzing the bottlenecks and challenges faced by the current transformation and upgrading of the catering industry,the key implementation path for the development of new quality productivity of catering industry is defined,and it is proposed that in the future,it is necessary to continuously strengthen talent training,increase factor iteration,strengthen numerical intelligence,explore service paths and multi-dimensional dislocation development strategies,so as to promote the transformation of old and new kinetic forces of traditional catering industry and modern catering industry,and achieve high-quality development of the catering industry.
