为促进课程思政融入高职食品质量与安全专业教育,实现食品质量与安全专业全员全程全方位育人,在分析专业教育在课程思政教学方面存在问题的基础上,从优化专业人才培养目标、科学设计专业核心价值体系、重新构建课程体系、设计课程思政导图、探索灵活的思政教学方法、提升教师思政育人能力、校企共建思政资源素材库及完善质量评价体系 8 个方面,探索专业教育的课程思政改革措施.
Research on the Reform of Ideological and Political Education in the Course of Food Quality and Safety in Higher Vocational Colleges
In order to promote the integration of ideological and political education into food quality and safety professional education in higher vocational colleges,and realize the full process and all-round education of all food quality and safety majors,based on the analysis of the problems existing in ideological and political education in professional education,this paper explores the reform measures of ideological and political education in professional education from eight aspects:optimizing the training objectives of professional talents,scientifically designing the core value system of the major,rebuilding the curriculum system,designing the ideological and political guidance map of the curriculum,exploring flexible ideological and political teaching methods,enhancing the ideological and political education ability of teachers,jointly building an ideological and political resource material library between schools and enterprises,and improving the quality evaluation system.
