在专业课程中有机融入育人元素,是构建全员全程全方位的"三全"育人格局,优化教育类型定位的重要任务.本文对食品营养与配餐课程特点进行了分析,提出培养具有家国情怀、责任担当,正确人生观和良好职业素养的高素质人才的课程思政育人目标及"一二三四五"的课程思政建设模式.在课程实践中通过重构课程教学目标、挖掘思政内涵、优化课程内容、创新教学模式、构建过程控制和结果考核相结合的评价机制,实现知识传授、能力培养和价值引领的有机统一,达到润物无声的育人效果.
Exploration and Practice of Curriculum Ideology and Politics in the Course of Food Nutrition and Dietary Design
Integrating educational elements organically into professional courses is crucial for developing a comprehensive"three-complete"educational model that involves all members,all processes,and all aspects.This article analyzes the characteristics of the food nutrition and dietary design course and it proposes the ideological and political education goals for cultivating high-quality professionals with a strong sense of family and country,responsibility,a correct outlook on life,and excellent professional qualities.Additionally,it introduces the"One,Two,Three,Four,Five"curriculum ideological and political construction model.In course practice,the organic unity of knowledge transfer,ability cultivation,and value guidance is achieved through the reconstruction of teaching objectives,exploration of ideological and political connotations,optimization of course content,innovation in teaching models,and the establishment of an evaluation mechanism that integrates process control and result assessment.This approach aims to educate and nurture students subtly and effectively.
