This paper describes the application status of food additives,analyzes the impact of food additives on food safety,discusses the improper use of food additives in food processing,and puts forward relevant countermeasures,aiming at providing references for the rational use and supervision of food additives,and effectively guaranteeing food safety and consumers'physical and mental health.
