Analysis of Food Safety Issues and Countermeasures for Rural Collective Dinner
With the rapid development of the economy,rural collective dining activities are increasing.However,due to various factors such as the venue,food procurement,processing and production processes,the quality of employees,and food safety awareness,there are certain food safety hazards in rural collective gatherings.The rise of emerging business models such as"mobile food truck operators"and"rural banquet service teams"has brought new challenges to rural food safety supervision.Therefore,starting from the current situation of rural collective meals,this article comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in rural collective meals,delves into the root causes of the problems,and proposes relevant control measures aimed at reducing food safety accidents and promoting rural revitalization.
