Determination of Aluminum in Changsha Stinky Tofu by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry Assisted with Microwave Direct Extraction
In this paper,a method for the determination of aluminum in Changsha stinky tofu by microwave direct extraction-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established.By optimizing the pretreatment conditions,it was found that the microwave power was 800 W and the extraction time was 30 s.At the same time, the linear relationship, detection limit, recovery rate and precision of the method were investigated. The results show that there is a good linear relationship between the aluminum concentration of 0.01 mg·L-1 to 5.00 mg·L-1,the linear correlation coefficient is greater than 0.999 0,the detection limit of the method is 0.42 mg·kg-1,the average recovery rate of spiked samples is 90.7%to 98.2%,and the relative standard deviation is 2.56%to 3.60%.This method is rapid, simple, accurate and reliable, which is suitable for the determination of aluminum content in stinky tofu in Changsha, and can provide effective technical support for ensuring its quality and safety.
