微波直接提取-电感耦合等离子质谱法测定长沙臭豆腐中铝含量

本文建立微波直接提取-电感耦合等离子质谱法测定长沙臭豆腐中铝含量的方法.通过优化前处理条件,发现微波功率为 800 W、提取时间为 30 s时试验效果最佳.同时,对方法线性关系、检出限、回收率及精密度进行考察.结果表明,铝质量浓度在 0.01~5.00 mg·L-1 具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数大于 0.999 0,方法检出限为 0.42 mg·kg-1,加标平均回收率为 90.7%~98.2%,相对标准偏差为 2.56%~3.60%.该方法提取快速简便,测定结果准确可靠,适用于长沙臭豆腐中铝含量的测定,能够为保障其质量安全提供有效的技术支撑.
Determination of Aluminum in Changsha Stinky Tofu by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry Assisted with Microwave Direct Extraction
In this paper,a method for the determination of aluminum in Changsha stinky tofu by microwave direct extraction-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established.By optimizing the pretreatment conditions,it was found that the microwave power was 800 W and the extraction time was 30 s.At the same time,the linear relationship,detection limit,recovery rate and precision of the method were investigated.The results show that there is a good linear relationship between the aluminum concentration of 0.01 mg·L-1 to 5.00 mg·L-1,the linear correlation coefficient is greater than 0.999 0,the detection limit of the method is 0.42 mg·kg-1,the average recovery rate of spiked samples is 90.7%to 98.2%,and the relative standard deviation is 2.56%to 3.60%.This method is rapid,simple,accurate and reliable,which is suitable for the determination of aluminum content in stinky tofu in Changsha,and can provide effective technical support for ensuring its quality and safety.
