Determination and Analysis of Pesticide Residues in Pubei Chenpi Raw Materials
In order to ensure the yield and quality of Pubei Citrus reticulata cv.Chachiensis(CRC),growth regulators, insecticides and other pesticides are used during its planting and growth.Excessive pesticide residues will directly affect the quality of the produced Pubei Chenpi, and then affect the health of the consumers. Therefore,it is very necessary to detect the pesticide residues in the peel of CRC.In this paper,124 batches of CRC peel were selected to detect 19 pesticide residues. The results showed that 4 of the 19 pesticide residues were detected in the 124 batches of tea-branch orange peels collected, with a detection rate of 21.05%,including organophosphorus and carbamates.Among them, chlorpyrifos was detected in 97 batches, with a detection rate of 78.23%;triazophos was detected in 4 batches, with a detection rate of 3.23%;carbofuran was detected in 2 batches, with a detection rate of 1.61%;bromophos was detected in 23 batches, with a detection rate of 18.55%.This study first established a database of pesticide residues in Pubei Chenpi raw materials, which provides a reference for further tracking and evaluation of the quality of Pubei Chenpi in the future.
