Determination of 11 Synthetic Pigments in Cream Cake by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
This article establishes an analytical method for determining the content of 11 artificially synthesized pigments in cream cakes using high-performance liquid chromatography.Samples were extracted using n-hexane,ethanol ammonia solution, and purified using a ProElut PWA-2l solid-phase extraction column;using a Waters C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μ m)as the separation column, gradient elution was performed with methanol and ammonium acetate as the mobile phases, and quantification was performed by external standard method. The results showed that the optimized pretreatment method significantly improved the spiked recovery rate;the linear relationship of 11 synthetic pigments is good between 0.2 μg·mL-1 and 10.0 μg·mL-1,with correlation coefficients greater than 0.999;the detection limit and quantification limit of the method comply with national standards, with a relative standard deviation of 1.2%to 2.7%and a spiked recovery rate of 85.6%to 93.6%.This method is simple, fast, accurate, sensitive, and has good separation effect in pre-processing,and is suitable for simultaneous detection of 11 artificial synthetic pigments in large quantities of cream cakes.
