Detection of Cadmium Content in Oysters by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of cadmium in oysters by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Method:Oysters were pre-treated by microwave digestion method and determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The optimal analysis method was determined by optimizing the working parameters such as matrix modifier and ashing temperature, and the accuracy and stability of the method were verified by adding standard recovery.Result:The linear relationship of the method was good in the range of 0~2.0 µ g·L-1,with a correlation coefficient of 0.997 4,a detection limit of 0.002 mg·kg-1,a quantification limit of 0.004 mg·kg-1,a recovery rate of 91.0%~99.3%,and a relative standard deviation of 0.13%~0.16%.Conclusion:The method is convenient, accurate, practical and accurate, and is suitable for the determination of cadmium in oysters.
