目的:建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测牡蛎中镉元素含量的方法.方法:采用微波消解法对牡蛎进行前处理,利用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定,通过优化基体改进剂、灰化温度等工作参数,确定最佳的分析方法,同时加标回收验证方法的准确性和稳定性.结果:在0~2.0 µg·L-1,方法的线性关系良好,相关系数为0.997 4,检出限为0.002 mg·kg-1,定量限为0.004 mg·kg-1,加标回收率为91.0%~99.3%,相对标准偏差为0.13%~0.16%.结论:该方法操作便捷、准确、实用,精密度良好,非常适用于牡蛎中镉元素的测定.
Detection of Cadmium Content in Oysters by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of cadmium in oysters by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Method:Oysters were pre-treated by microwave digestion method and determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.The optimal analysis method was determined by optimizing the working parameters such as matrix modifier and ashing temperature,and the accuracy and stability of the method were verified by adding standard recovery.Result:The linear relationship of the method was good in the range of 0~2.0 µ g·L-1,with a correlation coefficient of 0.997 4,a detection limit of 0.002 mg·kg-1,a quantification limit of 0.004 mg·kg-1,a recovery rate of 91.0%~99.3%,and a relative standard deviation of 0.13%~0.16%.Conclusion:The method is convenient,accurate,practical and accurate,and is suitable for the determination of cadmium in oysters.
