高职《食品安全与法规》课程教学改革探索

本文以高职《食品安全与法规》课程为例,探索其课程思政教学改革的路径与实施策略.经过细致的研究,发掘了自主学习、科学态度、团队协作及责任感这些重要的思想理念,并以此为基础,制定了一系列具体的教学策略.教学改革采用线上线下混合式教学、课后调研、多元化考核评价体系等创新手段,提高了课程教学效果.
Abstract
This paper takes"Food Safety and Regulations"course as an example to explore the path and implementation strategy of ideological and political teaching reform.After careful research,we have explored the important ideas of independent learning,scientific attitude,teamwork and sense of responsibility,and on this basis,formulated a series of specific teaching strategies.The teaching reform adopts innovative means such as online and offline mixed teaching,after-school research,diversified assessment and evaluation system,which has improved the teaching effect.
