Application of Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry in the Detection of Food Adulteration
Food adulteration is a common problem,and its harm can not be underestimated.In order to effectively identify and combat food adulteration behavior,all countries are actively looking for advanced and reliable food detection technology.Among them,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology,with its high sensitivity,high selectivity and multicomponent simultaneous analysis ability,shows great application potential in the field of food adulteration detection.This paper focuses on the application status and limitations of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry in the detection of food adulteration,in order to provide references for food safety supervision departments and relevant researchers.
