Research on the Strategy of Integrating Curriculum Ideology and Politics Into the Teaching of Cooking Courses in Vocational Schools
This study focuses on the deep integration of curriculum ideology and politics with the teaching of cooking courses in secondary vocational schools,aiming to explore an innovative teaching mode to promote the dual improvement of students'professional skills and ideological and political literacy.By analyzing the characteristics of secondary vocational cooking courses and the core ideas of curriculum thinking and politics,this study puts forward a series of novel teaching strategies,which not only focus on cultivating students'professional skills,but also emphasize on shaping their correct professional values,social responsibility and cultural self-confidence,laying a solid foundation for training culinary artisans in the new era.
