摘要

产教融合作为一种现代教育理念,将学校教育与产业实践进行深度结合,不仅可以提高教育的针对性和实用性,还能显著提升学生的职业技能和创新能力.本研究深入探讨了产教融合在烹饪专业中的应用,并针对当前实施过程中存在的问题提出了具体的改进措施.

Abstract

The integration of industry and education,a modern educational concept,deeply combines school education with industrial practice.This not only enhances the specificity and practicality of education but also significantly improves students'professional skills and innovative abilities.This study explores the application of industry-education integration in the field of culinary arts and proposes specific improvement measures for the issues currently encountered during its implementation.
