The Current Situation and Teaching Reform Idea of Food Additive in Food Safety Course under the Framework of Curriculum Innovation and Integration
Food Safety is one of the required courses for undergraduates majoring in food science and engineering.It is highly comprehensive and the most intuitive course for learning food safety indicators such as food additives and microbial content.It is an important goal of colleges and universities to train food graduates to become the main force in ensuring food safety,shouldering the heavy responsibility of developing food science,maintaining food safety,and crushing rumors related to transgenic and food additives.This paper analyzes the current teaching situation of food additive related content in the course of Food Safety,and puts forward teaching reform suggestions for the course of Food safety from the aspects of teaching ideas,teaching contents and teaching methods.
