摘要

高职院校辅导员在繁重的压力下,其工作效能难以持续提升,为了寻找有效的减压途径,本文总结了高职院校辅导员的压力来源,探讨了广西非物质文化遗产美食文化的特点及其对辅导员心理减压的潜在作用.为高职院校辅导员提供了一种新的减压途径,并为后续研究提供了参考和指导.

Abstract

The heavy pressure on vocational college counselors makes it challenging to sustain their work efficiency.To explore effective stress-relief approaches,this study summarizes the sources of stress faced by counselors and examines the characteristics of Guangxi's intangible cultural heritage in culinary traditions,along with its potential psychological benefits.The research offers a novel stress-relief strategy for counselors and provides insights and guidance for future studies.
