摘要

乳酸菌因具有促进人体肠道健康、提升免疫力等作用,在功能性食品的开发中受到重视.本文探讨了乳酸菌对人体的益生作用,分析了乳酸菌在功能性食品开发中的应用现状和应用潜力,对助力功能性食品开发,促进食品行业发展具有一定理论价值和现实意义.

Abstract

Lactic acid bacteria have been paid attention to in the development of functional foods because of their role in promoting intestinal health and enhancing immunity.This paper discusses the probiotic effect of lactic acid bacteria on human body,analyzes the application status and application potential of lactic acid bacteria in the development of functional food,which has certain theoretical value and practical significance to help the development of functional food and promote the development of food industry.
