Research and Practice on the Construction of Specialized and Integrated Curriculum in Food Chemistry
Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,cultivating students'innovative and entrepreneurial ability has become one of the important goals of higher education.As a core basic course of food science and engineering,food chemistry not only undertakes the task of teaching professional knowledge,but also shoulders the important responsibility of cultivating students'innovative consciousness and practical ability.Taking the food chemistry course as the research object,this paper discusses how to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the course in order to realize the goal of integration of specialization and innovation.Through the optimization of course content,innovation of teaching methods,strengthening of practical teaching and the construction of diversified evaluation system,this paper puts forward a set of systematic course construction plan,aiming at cultivating students'innovative thinking,practical ability and social responsibility,and delivering high-quality applied talents to the field of food science and engineering.
