摘要

面点产业作为食品加工业的重要组成部分,近年来在快速发展的同时也面临着环境污染和资源浪费等问题,受到学术届和行业的重点关注.因此,本文重点探究面点产业发展的绿色环保途径,分析当前面点企业在环保管理方面存在的不足并提出了相应的改进对策,旨在为面点产业的绿色转型提供理论支持和实践指导.

Abstract

As an important part of the food processing industry,the pastry industry has been rapidly developing in recent years,but also faced with environmental pollution and resource waste and other problems,which has been the focus of academic and industrial attention.This paper focuses on exploring the green and environmental protection ways for the development of pastry industry,analyzes the current shortcomings of pastry enterprises in environmental management and puts forward corresponding improvement countermeasures,aiming at providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the green transformation of pastry industry.
