摘要
分子印迹技术具有稳定性好、选择性强、灵敏度高和操作简便等特点,在食品中有害物质选择性检测领域具有广泛的应用前景.本文重点探析分子印迹技术基本原理、技术种类及技术特点,研究分子印迹技术在食品农药残留、抗生素残留、添加剂等有害物质检测中的具体应用,希望能为相关研究者提供有益借鉴.
Abstract
Molecular imprinting technology has the characteristics of good stability,strong selectivity,high sensitivity and simple operation,and has a wide application prospect in the field of selective detection of harmful substances in food.This paper focuses on the basic principle,technical types and technical characteristics of molecular imprinting technology,and studies the specific application of molecular imprinting technology in the detection of harmful substances of pesticide residues,antibiotic residues and additives in food,hoping to provide useful reference for relevant researchers.
