Optimization of Recovery Process of 1,3-Dihydroxyacetone Crystalline Mother Liquor
1,3-dihydroxyacetone(DHA)is a natural ketose.In this study,a new process of purification of DHA crystalline mother liquor by macroporous resin in series was proposed.The resin was screened by static adsorption experiment,in which D001 resin and 315 resin in tandem could effectively remove the pigment and protein in DHA crystalline mother liquor.The results showed that after purification in series,the removal rate of DHA pigment reached 97.49%,the removal rate of protein reached 97.05%,and the yield of DHA reached 93.66%.Compared with the traditional process,the new process guarantees the total recovery rate of DHA mother liquor and provides a new idea for large-scale extraction and purification of DHA crystalline mother liquor.
