Safety Assessment of Food Additives and Their Effects on Health
Food additives are mainly used to improve food quality,extend shelf life and enhance sensory properties,and are widely used in the modern food industry,but illegal and excessive use will pose a serious threat to human health,and its safety and potential impact on the human body have aroused widespread concern.This study deeply discussed the functions and application principles of food additives,analyzed the adverse effects caused by illegal addition,and proposed countermeasures such as strengthening supervision,improving detection technology and strengthening public training to ensure food safety and public health.
