摘要

目前,食品安全问题愈发突出,为了保障消费者合法权益与饮食健康,在食品领域需深入进行安全风险分析,打造全面的食品质量管理体系.本文基于质量管理工作,分析食品行业安全风险分析的应用要点,结合食品追溯体系等不同维度,探究分析食品安全风险、改善质量管理成效的合理举措,旨在有效把控安全风险,提升食品行业生产管理质量.

Abstract

At present,the food safety problem is becoming more and more prominent,in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and diet health,in the food field need to in-depth safety risk analysis,to create a comprehensive food quality management system.Based on the quality management work,this paper analyzes the application points of safety risk analysis in the food industry,and combines different dimensions such as food traceability system to explore and analyze food safety risks and reasonable measures to improve the effectiveness of quality management,aiming at effectively controlling safety risks and improving the quality of production management in the food industry.
