摘要

本研究采用QuEChERS法测定茶叶中8种农药残留量.茶叶样品中的氧乐果、吡虫啉、啶虫脒、灭多威、克百威、3﹣羟基克百威、异丙威、氯虫苯甲酰胺残留经乙腈提取,以QuEChERS散化固相萃取小柱吸附提取液中的有机酸、色素等杂质,再经离心、过滤后经UPLC-MS/MS法测定,外标基质法定量,研究提取、净化的最优条件.

Abstract

The QuEChERS method was used to determine eight pesticide residues in tea.The residues of omethoate,imidacloprid,diniprid,Metocarb,carboxanil,3-hydroxycarboxanil,isoprocarb and chlorobenzamide in tea samples were extracted by acetonitrile.Organic acids,pigments and other impurities were adsorbed by QuEChERS dispersive solid phase extraction column,then determined by UPLC-MS/MS method after centrifugation and filtration,and quantified by external standard matrix method.The optimum conditions for extraction and purification were studied.
