摘要

研究基于液相色谱-质谱联用仪的食品中铝含量检测方法,对比 4 种提取液的提取率对金属铝提取条件的优化,以及检测条件优化后食品中铝含量检测精密度.研究发现,检测条件优化后食品中铝含量检测精密度在 98%以上,能够实现对食品中铝含量的精准检测.

Abstract

The detection method of aluminum content in food based on liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was studied.The extraction rate of 4 kinds of extracts was compared to optimize the extraction conditions of aluminum,and the detection precision of aluminum content in food after the optimization of detection conditions was compared.It was found that the detection precision of aluminum content in food was more than 98%after the detection conditions were optimized,which could realize the accurate detection of aluminum content in food.
