摘要
本研究采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定铁皮石斛中的 3 种重金属元素,为研究铁皮石斛的药用安全性提供参考.研究结果表明,ICP-MS方法灵敏度、精确度高,可有效检测铁皮石斛叶片中的重金属元素含量,为评估铁皮石斛的食用安全性提供了科学依据.本研究还对检测极限的参数、投标回收率等方法进行了验证,进一步证实了ICP-MS法在中药材重金属元素测定中的适用性和准确性.
Abstract
In this study,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to determine three heavy metals in Dendrobium officinale,so as to provide reference for the study of medicinal safety of Dendrobium officinale.The results showed that the ICP-MS method was sensitive and accurate,and could effectively detect the content of heavy metals in the leaves of Dendrobium officinale,which provided a scientific basis for evaluating the edible safety of Dendrobium officinale.This study also verified the parameters of the detection limit and the bid recovery rate,which further confirmed the applicability and accuracy of ICP-MS method in the determination of heavy metal elements in Chinese medicinal materials.
