Study on the Harm and Detection Technology of Veterinary Drug Residues in Milk and Dairy Products
Milk and dairy products are important sources of nutrition for human beings.In modern farming,the widespread use of veterinary drugs may lead to residual veterinary drugs in animals,forming potential health risks.Veterinary drug residues can cause health problems such as drug resistance and allergic reactions,posing potential threats to food safety and public health.Based on this,immunoassay,chromatography and mass spectrometry were used in this study to detect the characteristics and concentrations of different types of veterinary drug residues in dairy products,and the sensitivity of multi-residue detection technology and automated measures were used to improve the detection accuracy and efficiency.
