Optimization of HPLC-MS for Detection of Antibiotic Residues in Agricultural Products and Veterinary Drugs
With the improvement of food safety requirements,the detection of antibiotic residues in agricultural products has become an important link to protect public health.HPLC-MS technology has become the core tool for residue detection due to its high sensitivity and multi-component synchronization.In this paper,by optimizing chromatographic separation,mass spectrometry detection parameters and sample pretreatment,the detection performance was improved,and the sensitivity,stability and quality control strategy of the detection method were verified to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the results.Combined with the actual case analysis,the application effect of the optimization scheme was demonstrated,in order to provide a certain technical reference for the detection of veterinary drug residues in agricultural products.
