超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定禽蛋中6种新烟碱类杀虫剂残留

本研究旨在建立 1 种超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)同时测定禽蛋中 6 种新烟碱类杀虫剂残留的分析方法.研究结果显示,6 种分析物在考察浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2>0.995),方法检出限(LOD)为 0.3~5 μg·kg-1,方法定量限(LOQ)为 1~10 μg·kg-1,平均回收率为78.3%~105.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为 3.1%~9.5%.表明所建立的方法方便快捷、准确度高、稳定性好,能够对禽蛋中 6 种新烟碱类农药残留进行定量分析.
Determination of Six Neonicotinoid Insecticides in Poultry Eggs Using UPLC-MS/MS
The aim of this study was to establish an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)method for simultaneous determination of 6 neonicotinoid insecticides residues in poultry eggs.The results showed that the six analyte showed a good linear relationship(R2>0.995)in the concentration range.The limits of detection(LOD)and limits of quantitation(LOQ)of the method were 0.3~5 μg·kg-1 and 1~10 μg·kg-1.The average recovery rate(RSD)was 78.3%~105.3%,and the relative standard deviation was 3.1%~9.5%.The results showed that the established method was convenient,accurate and stable,and could be used for quantitative analysis of six neonicotinoid pesticide residues in poultry eggs.
