Determination of Six Neonicotinoid Insecticides in Poultry Eggs Using UPLC-MS/MS
The aim of this study was to establish an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)method for simultaneous determination of 6 neonicotinoid insecticides residues in poultry eggs. The results showed that the six analyte showed a good linear relationship(R2>0.995)in the concentration range. The limits of detection(LOD)and limits of quantitation(LOQ)of the method were 0.3~5 μg·kg-1 and 1~10 μg·kg-1.The average recovery rate(RSD)was 78.3%~105.3%,and the relative standard deviation was 3.1%~9.5%.The results showed that the established method was convenient, accurate and stable, and could be used for quantitative analysis of six neonicotinoid pesticide residues in poultry eggs.
