摘要
动物源性食物与人们的日常生活密切相关,因此,对动物源性食品中抗菌药物残留情况及残留检测技术进行研究,对消费者饮食安全至关重要.鉴于此,本文对我国动物源性食品中抗菌药残留的检测技术进行综述研究,旨在为动物源性食品中抗菌药残留的快速精准检测奠定理论基础.
Abstract
Animal-derived foods is closely related to People's Daily life,so it is very important to study the antimicrobial residues in animal-derived foods and the detection technology of residues.In view of this,this paper reviews the detection technology of antimicrobial drug residues in animal-derived foods in China,aiming to lay a theoretical foundation for the rapid and accurate detection of antimicrobial drug residues in animal-derived foods.
