Application of PCR Technique in Food Microbiological Detection
Food safety is an important cornerstone to maintain public health and social stability.With the acceleration of the process of globalization and the extension of the food supply chain,the problem of food microbial contamination has become increasingly prominent,and has become one of the main factors affecting food safety.Microbial contamination may not only lead to food spoilage,but also cause foodborne diseases,which pose a serious threat to the health of consumers.Therefore,it is particularly important to detect microbial contamination in food quickly,accurately and sensitively.Based on this,this paper discusses the application of PCR technology in food microbial detection,in order to provide reference for the research of PCR technology.
