散粮卸车坑抑尘改造及应用

针对当前散粮入仓时,作业环境中 80%以上的扬尘从散粮卸车坑中溢出,导致作业环境粉尘污染严重和物料损耗突出等问题,通过收集并分析散粮卸车坑原有设计在实际作业过程中存在的不足,发现除尘器选用不当导致管道堵塞和存在设计缺陷致使除尘系统效果不佳等问题.本文结合实际作业遇到的问题,改造除尘系统并在闭尘折页下方加装罩板,优化改造散粮汽车坑结构,最后通过比对加装罩板前后的环境变化,溢尘得到有效控制,极大地改善了工作环境.本文对散粮卸车坑进行了优化改进,达到了抑尘和提质增效的目的.
Reconstruction and Application of Dust Suppression in Bulk Grain Unloading Pit
At present,when bulk grain is stored in the warehouse,more than 80%of the dust in the working environment overflows from the bulk grain unloading pit,resulting in serious dust pollution in the working environment and prominent material loss.By collecting and analyzing the shortcomings of the original design of the bulk grain unloading pit in the actual operation process,it is found that the improper selection of dust collector leads to pipe clogging and the existence of design defects causes the effect of dust removal system to be greatly reduced.In this paper,based on the problems encountered in the actual operation,the dust removal system was reformed and the cover plate was installed under the dust closing fold to optimize the structure of the bulk grain truck pit.Finally,by comparing the environmental changes before and after the cover plate was installed,the dust overflow was effectively controlled and the working environment was greatly improved.In this paper,the bulk grain unloading pit is optimized and improved to achieve the purpose of dust suppression,quality improvement and efficiency enhancement.
