Food re-inspection is an important part of food safety supervision sampling,and inspection and testing institutions bear important responsibilities in the process of food re-inspection.As food supervision sampling is strengthened year by year and the workload of food re-inspection is gradually increasing,various risk issues in the food re-inspection process of inspection and testing institutions also arise.Inspection and testing institutions need to do a good job in risk prevention and control and identification in the review of re-inspection acceptance contracts,transportation and handover of re-inspection backup samples,implementation of re-inspection,and timeliness of re-inspection reports to ensure the smooth progress of re-inspection work.
