供厦食品安全标准体系构建的探索与思考

摘要
本文首先概述了我国食品安全标准体系的现状,分析了其中存在的问题,并提出了构建供厦食品安全标准体系的原则.根据印度标准学家魏尔曼提出的标准体系三维结构,建立了供厦食品安全标准体系框架,并详细阐述了框架的具体内容.
Abstract
Firstly,this article introduces the current situation of China's food safety standard system,analyzes its existing problems,and proposes the principles of constructing a food safety standard system for supply and Xiamen.Then,based on the three-dimensional structure of the standard system proposed by Indian standardization expert Weilman,a food safety standard system for Xiamen was constructed and the specific content of the framework was systematically explained.
