摘要
食品货架期预测对于提升食品质量、保障食品安全和延长食品流通寿命具有重要意义.近年来,随着智能感官分析技术的发展,智能感官分析仪器在食品货架期预测中的应用逐渐受到关注.本文简要概述常见的智能感官分析仪器、智能感官分析仪器在食品货架期预测中的应用情况,并探究智能感官分析仪器在食品货架期预测中应用面临的挑战与挑战,为食品货架期预测方法选择提供参考.
Abstract
Food shelf life prediction is of great significance for improving food quality,ensuring food safety and extending the life of the food circulation.In recent years,with the development of intelligent sensory analysis technology,the application of intelligent sensory analysis instruments in food shelf life prediction has gradually attracted attention.This paper briefly summarizes the common intelligent sensory analysis instrument and its application in food shelf life prediction,and explores the challenges and prospects faced by the application of intelligent sensory analysis instrument in food shelf life prediction,so as to provide reference for the selection of food shelf life prediction methods.
