摘要
食品环境学课程是食品质量与安全专业的专业课程,在培养食品类专业人才方面发挥着至关重要的作用.本文探讨针对食品质量与安全专业设置的食品环境学课程如何有效地挖掘思政元素,并将思政元素融入课程教学全过程,以实现立德树人的根本任务.通过强调课程思政融入专业课教学的必要性及有效性,以期为推进食品环境学课程的教学创新,培养食品质量与安全类专业人才打下良好的基础.
Abstract
The course of food environment is a professional course in the field of food quality and safety,which plays a crucial role in cultivating talents in the food industry.This article explores how the food environment course designed for the food quality and safety major can effectively explore ideological and political elements,and integrate them into the entire teaching process to achieve the fundamental task of cultivating students'moral character.By emphasizing the necessity and effectiveness of integrating ideological and political education into professional course teaching,this paper aims to lay a solid foundation for promoting teaching innovation in food environment courses and cultivating professionals in food quality and safety.
