摘要

食品加工业对于提升农产品附加值、促进农村经济发展具有不可替代的作用,而加强食品加工技术人才培养对于推动乡村振兴具有重要意义.为促进乡村振兴、提高食品加工技术人才培养质量,本文对乡村振兴背景下食品加工技术人才培养模式创新与实践进行研究.

Abstract

Food processing industry plays an irreplaceable role in enhancing the added value of agricultural products and promoting the development of rural economy,and strengthening the training of food processing technical personnel is of great significance in promoting rural revitalization.In order to promote rural revitalization and improve the quality of food processing technical personnel training,this paper studies the innovation and practice of food processing technical personnel training mode under the background of rural revitalization.
