Discussion on Identification and Response Mechanisms of Emerging Food Safety Risk Factors
Emerging food safety risks are increasingly becoming a global focus of attention.Under the background of economic globalization,Internet popularization,scientific and technological progress and consumption upgrading,China's food safety supervision is facing new risks.Based on this,this article introduces the current situation of emerging food safety risks,explores emerging food safety risk factors such as new formats,new illegal additives,new pollutants,and new agricultural inputs,and proposes relevant mechanisms to address these challenges,such as establishing a sound monitoring system,improving food production and processing processes,strengthening the formulation and implementation of policies and regulations,and enhancing public awareness of food safety.It aims to provide effective theoretical basis and practical guidance for food safety management.
