Abstract
This paper analyzes the advantages of 3D printing technology applied in pastry making,such as improving production efficiency and realizing personalized customization,discusses the application prospect of 3D printing technology in pastry making,and expounds the specific application steps of 3D printing technology by taking mooncake making as an example.The application of 3D printing technology in pastry production can meet the diversified needs of consumers and has broad development prospects.
