Analysis and Revelation in Nutrition Knowledge,Attitude and Dietary Practice Among 2 290 Secondary Vocational Students
By means of questionnaire survey,the nutritional status,nutritional knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)is carried out among 2 290 students of Zhangzhou first vocational secondary school,aiming at improving the nutrition and health level of students and providing scientific basis for follow-up research and nutrition education.The results show that the nutritional status of students in Zhangzhou first vocational secondary school is general,the students lack scientific nutritional cognition,the unreasonable eating behavior is still serious,and the nutritional attitude is not optimistic.In this regard,we should strengthen the linkage between home and school,strengthen nutrition education and guidance for students,to improve their nutrition cognition,establish a correct concept of balanced diet,and then improve their eating behavior.
