摘要

随着全球化进程的加速和食品产业的快速发展,食品质量安全问题日益成为公众关注的焦点.标准化作为提升食品质量安全管理水平的重要手段,其在确保食品安全、促进食品产业健康发展方面发挥着不可替代的作用.本文主要探讨了标准化在食品质量安全管理中的重要性,分析当前应用中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策建议,以期为进一步完善我国食品质量安全管理标准化体系提供参考.

Abstract

With the acceleration of the globalization process and the rapid development of the food industry,food quality and safety issues have increasingly become the focus of public concern.As an important means to improve the level of food quality and safety management,standardization plays an irreplaceable role in ensuring food safety and promoting the healthy development of the food industry.This paper mainly discusses the importance of standardization in food quality and safety management,analyzes the existing problems in the current application,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to further improve the standardization system of food quality and safety management in China.
