Analysis of Physical and Chemical Monitoring Results of Food Risk in Banan District,Chongqing from 2019 to 2023
Objective:To analyze the safety risk monitoring results of physical and chemical food Banan distric,Chongqing in 2019 to 2023,and to find out the hidden dangers in food safety,so as to provide scientific basis for carrying out targeted prevention and control measures.Method:The food was inspected according to Chongqing Food Safety Risk Monitoring Manual,and the chi-square test was used to statistically analyze the monitoring results.Result:From 2019 to 2023,a total of 443 food samples were tested for chemical pollutants and harmful substances in Banan district,and the qualified rate was 90.74%.The pass rate of circulation links such as stores and supermarkets was the highest(90.11%),and the difference in the pass rate of each link was statistically significant.The main unqualified items are food additives and pesticide residues;unqualified foods mainly include chicken,chicken liver,chicken gizzards,fritters,Houttuynia cordata,fresh dendrobium,and infant cereal supplementary food.Conclusion:The overall food safety situation in Banan district is relatively good.Some food products have pesticide residues,veterinary drug residues and heavy metals exceeding standards.The relevant departments should further strengthen supervision and continue to do a good job in food risk monitoring.
