摘要
特殊膳食食品,如婴幼儿辅助食品、辅食营养补充品、运动营养食品等,因其特定的目标消费群体和功能需求,对食品安全的要求更为严格.食品异物管理在此类食品中的作用不可小觑,它直接关系到消费者健康和生命安全.本文主要分析了特殊膳食食品异物的潜在来源,阐述了异物管理的必要性,并提出针对性的管理策略.
Abstract
Special dietary foods,such as complementary food for infants and young children,complementary food supplements,and sports nutrition foods,have more stringent requirements for food safety due to their specific target consumer groups and functional needs.Foreign body management in these types of food products plays a crucial role as it directly impacts consumer health and safety.This article aims to analyze the potential sources of foreign matter in special dietary foods,elucidate the necessity of foreign body management,and propose targeted management strategies.
