Analysis of Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues in Vegetables in Hanchuan City in 2023
In order to strengthen the quality and safety supervision of vegetable products in Hanchuan city,this article monitored the residues of six organic phosphorus pesticides,including chlorpyrifos,organophosphate,parathion,dichlorvos,methyl chlorpyrifos,and fenthion,in 300 samples of eight major categories of vegetables sold in Hanchuan city in 2023,including bulbs,melons,rhizomes,eggplants,oilseeds,leafy vegetables,beans,and potatoes.The results showed that the overall quality and safety of vegetables in Hanchuan city were good,with pesticide residue detection rate less than 3％for various vegetables,which were safe for consumption.However,some vegetables still contained residues of chlorpyrifos and azithromycin,and there is a phenomenon of excessive use of azithromycin.
