Determination of Migration Residual Value of Dibutyl Phthalate in Peanut Oil by Triple Quadrupole Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
This article establishes a detection method for the migration residue of dibutyl phthalate(DBP)in peanut oil using triple quadrupole gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed that DBP had a good linear relationship between 25~1 000 μg·L-1,with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 4;the detection limit of the method is 0.02 μg·kg-1,and the quantification limit is 0.06 μg·kg-1;when the spiked concentration is 20~60 μg·kg-1,the recovery rate is 91.72%~103.30%,and the relative standard deviation is 7.565%~9.886%.This method has simple and efficient preprocessing, high sensitivity, and good specificity, which can meet the daily detection and analysis of DBP migration residue values in peanut oil.
