摘要

本文建立了三重四极杆气相质谱法测定花生油中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(Dibutyl Phthalate,DBP)迁移残留值的方法.结果显示,DBP在 25~1 000 μg·L-1 具有良好线性关系,相关系数为 0.999 4;方法检出限为0.02 μg·kg-1,定量限为 0.06 μg·kg-1;加标浓度在 20~60 μg·kg-1 时,回收率为 91.72%~103.30%,相对标准偏差为 7.565%~9.886%.该方法前处理简单高效,灵敏度高,专一性好,能够满足花生油中DBP迁移残留值的日常检测分析.

Abstract

This article establishes a detection method for the migration residue of dibutyl phthalate(DBP)in peanut oil using triple quadrupole gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that DBP had a good linear relationship between 25~1 000 μg·L-1,with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 4;the detection limit of the method is 0.02 μg·kg-1,and the quantification limit is 0.06 μg·kg-1;when the spiked concentration is 20~60 μg·kg-1,the recovery rate is 91.72%~103.30%,and the relative standard deviation is 7.565%~9.886%.This method has simple and efficient preprocessing,high sensitivity,and good specificity,which can meet the daily detection and analysis of DBP migration residue values in peanut oil.
