Determination of 8 Mycotoxins in Meal Replacement Foods by UPLC-MS/MS Combined with QuEChERS
Objective:To establish a QuEChERS liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of 8 fungal toxins in meal replacement foods.Method:1%formic acid acetonitrile extraction was used, followed by C18 purification and detection using high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Result:The 8 fungal toxins showed a good linear relationship between 1.0 μg·L-1 and 50.0 μg·L-1,the correlation coefficient(r2)is greater than 0.990,the limits of detection were 1.0 μg·kg-1.The recoveries of T-2 toxin were 70.60%~87.71%;the recoveries of HT-2 toxin were 78.35%~84.14%;the recoveries of deoxynivalenol were 75.00%~91.94%;the recoveries of zearalenone were 71.69%~91.56%,and the recoveries of aflatoxins were 72.79%~95.68%.The relative standard deviation was 1.99%~8.00%.Conclusion:This method combines the simplicity of QuEChERS pretreatment with the high sensitivity of high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of 8 fungal toxins in meal replacement foods.
