摘要
为研究不同品种桃的果实品质变化,选取新疆阿克苏地区的 6 种优良品种的桃(油桃、黄桃、水蜜桃、蟠桃、土桃和晚熟脆桃)进行对比试验.结果表明,6 种品种桃的果实品质存在差异,其中土桃可溶性固形物、总糖含量、钠元素和钾元素含量最高,油桃的总酸含量最高,蟠桃的钙含量最高.研究结果可为当地消费者在选购桃时提供精准、量化的依据,助力桃产业的发展.
Abstract
To study the changes in fruit quality of different peach varieties,six excellent peach varieties(nectarine,yellow peach,honey peach,flat peach,earth peach,and late-ripening crisp peach)from Akesu prefecture,Xinjiang were selected for comparative experiments.The results showed that there were differences in fruit quality among the six peach varieties.The contents of soluble solids,total sugar,sodium and potassium were the highest in earth peach,the highest in total acid in nectarine and the highest in calcium in flat peach.The research results can provide accurate and quantitative basis for local consumers to buy peaches and help the development of peach industry.
